Full client-side project management for community centres, public buildings, recreational facilities and precinct upgrades.
Management of architectural and multidisciplinary design teams, including concept development and consultant coordination.
Planning and control of project programmes, schedules and budgets from early planning through to completion.
Preparation of RFQ and RFT documentation, tender evaluation and contractor engagement.
Administration of construction contracts under GC21, MW21, AS4000 and AS2124, including governance and reporting.
Integration of ISO-certified quality, safety and environmental management systems throughout project delivery.
Coordination and communication with Council teams, community organisations and user groups.
Active management of risk, cost and project issues across planning, design and construction phases.
Alignment with State and Federal funding requirements, including grant compliance and reporting.
