BASEC Engineering was engaged by Clarence Valley Council to provide end-to-end client-side project management services for the delivery of the Yamba Community Centre — a significant piece of social infrastructure designed to support connection, wellbeing and long-term community use.

The project focuses on delivering a modern, accessible and functional community facility that responds to local needs while meeting all compliance, funding and quality requirements.

Our scope of services included:

• End-to-end client-side project management from planning through to delivery
