BASEC Engineering is an Australian-owned, multidisciplinary engineering and project management consultancy delivering complex infrastructure projects across NSW and QLD.

Established in 2018 and headquartered in Lismore, our team specialises in client-side project management, engineering design and infrastructure delivery for Local Government, state agencies and asset owners. With offices in Maclean, Coffs Harbour, Nambucca Heads and the Gold Coast, we combine local knowledge with scalable delivery capability to support projects across regional and metropolitan communities.

We manage projects from feasibility and funding strategy through to procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. Our team has extensive experience delivering infrastructure under GC21, MW21, AS4000 and AS2124 contract frameworks, with strong capability in governance, stakeholder coordination, risk management and funding compliance.
