FRANCOIS SNEEDEN

Architect & Co-Founder

Francois is a registered architect based in northern NSW. He also holds mutual recognition in the state of Victoria. Francois graduated with his Master of Architecture from QUT and has accumulated over 6 years of experience working within the profession. He demonstrates a steadfast dedication to integrating community and public interests, along with promoting social and environmental inclusiveness in all his projects.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Francois finds enjoyment in activities such as surfing, camping, and fishing. These pursuits collectively contribute to his profound appreciation for the outdoors and greatly influence his approach to design.

JAMIE BLAIR

Engineer & Co-Founder

Jamie has a solid, proven background in management of major civil engineering projects – specialising in bridges and structures. Jamie has worked extensively as a Senior Engineer, Temporary Works Manager, Section Manager, Estimator and Project Manager and most recently, performed as Lismore City Council’s Authorised Person for a range of civil infrastructure projects for design management, procurement, pre-contracts, reviews, engineering reporting and contract management.

Jamie is a member of the Australian Institute for Project Managers and also provides consultancy services for the planning and delivery of structures projects to a number of major contractors, medium sized contractors and local government organisations. 

Hailing from the UK and spending many of his former years studying and working in Wales and the broader UK, he now calls the Northern Rivers home.
